This PureTalk x DailyWire+ Promotion is a limited time offer (“Offer”) for an activation code which grants an offeree access to a free one-year subscription to DailyWire+ with the purchase of new service from PureTalk in the form of a new PureTalk phone plan at a monthly billing rate of $35.00 or higher (“Qualifying PureTalk Plan”).

This Offer is subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Additional Terms”), as well as The Daily Wire’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and PureTalk’s Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility to receive this offer expires on December 31, 2024, and is only available to U.S. adults who are either:

• New PureTalk customers who purchase a Qualifying PureTalk Plan; or
• Current PureTalk customers who have an active Qualifying PureTalk Plan and who add a new line of service at a monthly billing rate of $35.00 or higher.

Upon your purchase of a Qualifying PureTalk Plan, you will receive an activation code from PureTalk within two (2) business days of activating your PureTalk plan, which can be used to activate a free one-year subscription to DailyWire+. In order to accept this Offer you will be required to enter your credit card information so that The Daily Wire can verify your information, although your card will not be charged at that time.

Once you activate your one-year subscription to DailyWire+, you will be able to enjoy an entire calendar year of free access at the Insider Annual subscription level. At the end of your free one-year Insider Annual subscription, The Daily Wire will automatically charge your card and renew your subscription at the then-current annual rate (which is $149.00 as of the date of this Offer), plus applicable tax.

This offer and the one-year subscription have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Neither may be sold, transferred, assigned, hypothecated, or otherwise disposed of by the offeree.

This offer is for a free one-year subscription to DailyWire+, which must be activated within one calendar year from the date of purchased of your Qualifying PureTalk Plan. After this anniversary date, the activation code will expire and the offer will no longer be valid.

In accordance with The Daily Wire’s Terms of Use, you may cancel your DailyWire+ subscription at any time by following these steps. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.

Subscription cancellation requests submitted via your online account portal with DailyWire+ are typically processed same-day. Subscription cancellation requests via email, support ticket, or telephone may require additional time to process but will be honored provided the request is made prior to the time your card is charged.
